Colin Simpson
Colin Simpson established the firm in 2002. Colin has worked predominantly in the area of Family Law over the past twenty-six years and is expert in all areas of Family Law. He also does some work in the area of Wills and Estates. In 2016 Colin was awarded the degree of Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates. He is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association. He is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Alison Slocombe
Alison Slocombe commenced working for the firm in April 2009 and before that, Alison worked for several years in a large Melbourne family law firm. Alison has vast experience in the area of family law having practiced almost exclusively in a Family Law, including with respect to difficult parenting and complicated property matters. She obtained her Master of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law in June 2015. Alison is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association.
Emma Sandvick
Emma Sandvick was admitted as a Solicitor in January 2011 and has mostly worked at Springwood Lawyers since that time. Emma is expert in area of Wills and Estates. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Walter Hunt
Walter Hunt was admitted as a Solicitor in March 2023 and works in the areas of Family Law and Domestic Violence. Walter also has an interest in working in the area of crime.
Anabella Agius
Anabella Agius holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She commenced working at the firm in early 2022 while she completed her studies.
Kassandra Bunyan
Kassandra Bunyan was admitted as a Solicitor in November 2023 and works predominantly in the area of Wills and Estates.
